Global Payment Methods
Our main supported payment methods are the following:
» Debit/Credit Card (Default) -
Our main processor for payments with a debit or a credit card. Since 01-02-2026, C-Servers has partenered with SumUp, a British payment gateway focused on POS and online merchants, and has developed a custom module for this partner. The main advantage to this system is that all transactions continue to be done without leaving the WebStore, where a user can very easily input their credit card details, and they will be processed according to the most secure protocols and PCI-DSS regulations.
This is the preferred system for payments at C-Servers.
Minimum transaction amount: 1 GBP.
Accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, VPay, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay, from all around the world.
Settles in: GBP
» CoinPayments (Crypto Gateway)
Crypto payments automatically settled worldwide, 24/7. This gateway succeeds to OxaPay, Payeer and Cryptomus as the main crypto payment gateway at C-Servers. The supported coins are: BTC, BCH, LTC, BNB (BSC Chain), BUSD (BSC Chain), Tether CNH (ERC20 Chain), DAI (ERC20 Chain), DASH, DOGE, ETC, ETH, POL (Main Chain), RVN, SHIB (ERC20 Chain), SOL, TRX, USDC (ERC20 Chain), USDT (ERC20 Chain), XMR and ZEC.
Only the main chain is supported for all the settled crypto coins. We do not accept payments from other chains on a given supported coin, not even via ticket. If you'd like to pay with crypto but your coin is on a separate chain, you'll need to send it through the accepted chain at C-Servers.
» Stripe (Complementary Gateway)
This gateway was our main gateway until February 2026. Stripe is an important provider that allows several other networks to be available, also including their own flavor of banking payments - useful in instances where, for some reason, the main gateway is down or doesn't work with a certain card.
This is the preferred system for less than 1 GBP transactions at C-Servers, and for certain specific international card systems.
Starting on February 2nd, 2026, and due to the high fees it incurs on transactions done through the gateway, very much above the classic interchange rates, C-Servers is partially sharing with the customer some of the fees it pays on this gateway, as a merchant. A surcharge of 7,99% of the product value will be applicable on payments executed through this gateway for all accepted systems, allowing for a reasonable coverage of the incurred fees, and the difference will still be supported by us.
Users that execute payments above 20 GBP will be able to reverse each occurred surcharge - just send us a ticket and request a reversal of each occurred surcharge, which will be always authorized and provided in the form of account credits, deducting to any further transactions, and allowing payments to proceed at zero surcharge. This will especially help our Chinese customers, which have a 3% local tax on credit/debit cards for payments above 200 RMB (roughly 21 GBP).
This new surcharge also means that Stripe has stopped being provided in the United Kingdom and on the Isle of Man due to the Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations 2012, which has entered into force in 2018 for commercial relationships between UK companies and UK customers. Customers on these locations will need to use the methods that don't have a surcharge.
If you don't want to have the surcharge, you can always use one of our alternative gateways (Debit/Credit Card through SumUp, CoinPayments for crypto, or Bank Transfer).
Minimum payment amount: 0,30 GBP or the equivalent in local currency.
Accepts (Cards): Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Korean Credit/Debit Cards (one-time payment only), UnionPay.
Connects to the following gateway systems: PayPal (geo-restricted), Google Pay and Apple Pay (mobile only), Revolut Pay, Samsung Pay (mobile South Korea only), Alipay (one-time payments only, subscriptions not supported), iDeal, Twint, Afterpay/Clearpay, Billie and Klarna (pay-later gateways), MBWay and Multibanco (Portugal), NaverPay (South Korea), KakaoPay and Payco (South Korea).
Allows subscriptions for: Credit/debit cards, Link, PayPal (geo-restricted), Revolut Pay and Klarna.
Settles in: one-time payments in over 150 currencies, selectable when on Stripe's paying page. Subscriptions settled only in GBP.
» Regional Payment Methods
C-Servers offers a variety of locally-relevant regional payment methods, which may be more convenient to you. These payment methods incur an additional cost to C-Servers and, as such, they have additional fees. Also, due to these gateways being provided by a third-party, refunds are not supported for payments executed over these methods, and due to trackability of any given payment, cannot be executed to a different payment medium when done this way.
Therefore, ensure your payments are done through the main payment gateways if you wish to ensure that your payment can be refunded.
