Most of the services are operating correctly.

21h22 - This issue is fixed and in the meantime we've improved the Live Chat service by providing a 86-question FAQ to that system which comprises all of our offers along with what's published on our Website, allowing effectiveness for the end-user. 

17h37 - A technical fault was detected on the Live Chat service. We are looking on the issue and will have it fixed as soon as possible.
