If your VNC access appears as blank, please ensure the following:
Ensure you're not using any custom Chromium-based browser; compatibility is not guaranteed with derivatives like Pale Moon, Supermium, Falkon, Epiphany, K-Meleon and similar. The website may also not work under Internet Explorer.
Compatibility is primarily guaranteed with Firefox and general Chromium-based browsers (Opera, Edge, Chrome, Brave).
2. Internet Speed
A stable speed of at least 3 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload is required to access VNC.
3. VPS Exists
Your VPS may be pending setup at VirtFusion, on the VirtPortal (virtportal.cfld.uk). Please login to that account with the same e-mail as the WebStore and either the existing password, or a password automatically generated at the "Reset Panel Password" button, or through the "Forgot Password" option directly on the VirtPortal login screen. If you are already there, your VPS exists and it's installed with a valid OS, but you don't see yet any connectivity, follow step 4.
4. Temporary Fault of Client Area
You can retry access to the VNC window, refreshing your page for a 2nd try, via F5 or the browser. For reasons outside of C-Servers' responsibility, pertaining to Internet routes from several operators, the VPS access might occasionally fail, especially if left unused for more than 1/2 minutes, but not only. If the access still fails, reattempt after 15 minutes; if it continues to fail, please send us a ticket.
