Global Payment Methods

Our main supported payment methods are the following:

» Stripe (Main Gateway)
Stripe is an important provider that allows several other networks to be available, also including their own flavor of banking payments - useful in multiple instances. It is the primary payment medium at C-Servers.

Due to the high fees it incurs on transactions done through the gateway, very much above the classic interchange rates, C-Servers is partially sharing with the customer some of the fees it pays on this gateway, as a merchant. A Technical Handling Fee of 7,99% of the purchased product value will be applicable on payments executed through this gateway, for all accepted systems, allowing for a reasonable coverage of the incurred fees, and the difference will still be supported by us.

Complying with local laws, the 7.99% Technical Handling Fee is not applied for users on the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.

The Technical Handling Fee is viewable at the last step of the checkout process, directly on the Stripe Checkout screen, and easily distinguishable by a second payment line cleanly viewable on the left of the screen. It is also clearly and unequivocally stated on the invoice generated by Stripe Invoicing, sent via e-mail and complimentary to the invoice sent from C-Servers' WebStore billing. When in doubt, Stripe's invoice represents the expressely paid amount, and is the correct invoice to consider.

Minimum payment amount: 0,30 GBP or the equivalent in local currency.
Accepts (Cards): Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Korean Credit/Debit Cards (one-time payment only), UnionPay.
Connects to the following gateway systems: Google Pay and Apple Pay (mobile only), Revolut Pay, Samsung Pay (mobile South Korea only), Alipay (one-time payments only, subscriptions not supported), iDeal, Twint, Afterpay/Clearpay, Billie and Klarna (pay-later gateways), MBWay and Multibanco (Portugal), NaverPay (South Korea), KakaoPay and Payco (South Korea), Pix (Brasil).
Allows subscriptions for: Credit/debit cards, Link, Revolut Pay and Klarna.
Settles in: one-time payments in over 150 currencies, selectable when on Stripe's paying page. Subscriptions settled only in GBP.

» PayPal (Secondary Gateway)
PayPal is an important gateway provider trusted by many users and companies accross the globe. Given that it has less integrations than Stripe, it is a secondary gateway at C-Servers.

Due to risk policy evaluation at PayPal and Centerfield Ltd, and following a history of abuses through the dispute mechanism at this Company by several users, this gateway has some specifics associated with their usage: it's geo-restricted and available at only 116 countries (Europe, North America and South America in general, plus some other countries in Africa, Asia and Oceania); and has by default an Technical Added Risk Fee of 9,99% (generically shown as "Payment Comission Fee" at the checkout), not correlated with the gateway fees in any way, due to proven history and added risk of PayPal transactions for hosting providers, which is non-removable even in Europe and the UK - users in EU/UK that don't wish to incur this charge have plenty of payment options without this charge at any moment, including bank transfers and Stripe. This fee serves both as a deterrent and as a counterparty risk share for any potential manual handling on transactions, by the Provider.

Moreover, in order to reduce risk regarding ultra low-cost transactions, payments through PayPal are allowed only above 10 GBP (11.55 EUR or 13.54 USD as of 27-04-2026). Any attempted payments below this amount will show an error message that states "The minimum amount for PayPal payments is 10 GBP". The customer must either pay with an amount above 10 GBP or choose another payment method.

Minimum payment amount: 10.00 GBP or the equivalent in a local currency (payments are forwarded in GBP by default).
Accepts (Cards): Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club.
Connects to the following gateway systems: PayPal (Geo-restricted)

» CoinPayments (Crypto Gateway)
Crypto payments automatically settled worldwide, 24/7. This gateway succeeds to OxaPay, Payeer and Cryptomus as the main crypto payment gateway at C-Servers. The supported coins are: BTC, BCH, LTC, BNB (BSC Chain), BUSD (BSC Chain), Tether CNH (ERC20 Chain), DAI (ERC20 Chain), DASH, DOGE, ETC, ETH, POL (Main Chain), RVN, SHIB (ERC20 Chain), SOL, TRX, USDC (ERC20 Chain), USDT (ERC20 Chain), XMR and ZEC.

Only the main chain is supported for all the settled crypto coins. We do not accept payments from other chains on a given supported coin, not even via ticket. If you'd like to pay with crypto but your coin is on a separate chain, you'll need to send it through the accepted chain at C-Servers » Regional Payment Methods

C-Servers offers a variety of locally-relevant regional payment methods, which may be more convenient to you. These payment methods incur an additional cost to C-Servers and, as such, they have additional fees. Also, due to these gateways being provided by a third-party, refunds are not supported for payments executed over these methods, and due to trackability of any given payment, cannot be executed to a different payment medium when done this way.

Therefore, ensure your payments are done through the main payment gateways if you wish to ensure that your payment can be refunded.
