Support Section Briefly Unavailable from 28-12

Due to undergoing work on implementing a new support platform for C-Servers, you may experience periods of unavailability of the Support section starting from 28-12, and for the following 4 days.

Main changes

A faster, more streamlined process, now with AI technology built-in primarily to help on relevant requests for help and speed up resolution for the customers and the provider;

A simpler, easier platform, with clearer design processes and a better experience, including translation of answers and procedures in multiple languages;

A separate website from the main billing system, in order to still help users, whenever the billing system is down, improving general availability;
