This may actually happen sometimes, especially on Windows machines, where there's currently (as of June 9th, 2024) a 50/50 chance of that brief VPS stop being absolutely necessary to do the update.

It's something identified as SolusVM-related, outside of C-Servers' operational scope.

Nevertheless, the stop is always brief and we don't incur more than a couple of seconds of downtime while resizing is in place.
