NETWORK STATUS - Times in WET

Most services are operating correctly.

31/03, 18h35 - ... you guessed it, we don't have an answer yet. We have insisted in five areas and done a direct overseas phone call to the Business Sales team of DartNode, in the United States. On this last area it was forwarded to the engineering team. We are expecting an answer as soon as possible.

30/03, 07h56 - We don't have yet an answer from the upstream in this regard. An e-mail was sent to the affected customers with an acknowledgement, on 29/03, and multiple efforts have been conducted. As soon as we have an answer, we'll act accordingly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

28/03, 10h12 - We still don't have an answer from the upstream, for the issue affecting Zeta.10 Houston in Texas. We have been insisting on several areas where the upstream provider can answer us. If the issue persists until the end of this day, an acknowledgement e-mail will follow to all affected users, so that we can adequately provide with further details on the issue and possible solutions that may follow. We haven't been yet given the chance to solve the issue at hand with adequate technical details provided on part of the upstream. Despite entirely outside of our control and caused by a lack of responsivity on a third-party, we do apologize for the inconvenience. This issue affects, at present, 14.7% of our userbase.

28/03, 00h24 - We don't yet have an answer from the upstream for Zeta.10 Houston, DartNode. We have insisted on the existing ticket, again, and also now made a formal approach through a second area and we didn't get any answer yet. This is outside of our control but we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. As soon as there is an answer from the upstream, we'll be able to proceed with any possible adjustments.

27/03, 12h58 - We don't have yet an answer from DartNode so we can proceed with the necessary operations. We have insisted with them so they can provide us with an answer as soon as possible.

26/03, 17h03 - Due to users abusing the service, and after already DDoS attacks having been attempted at this particular server over the last days, the Zeta.10 Houston service in Texas is temporarily out of order. We are coordinating with DartNode in order to have all the necessary detail and attempt to fix this issue as soon as possible.

No compensation will be applicable for these issues for any user. As we've said before, it is the responsibility of the existing users to use IPv4 NAT in a correct way, and not conduct any malicious activity. Any user found breaking the T&Cs and FUP will be swiftly terminated with no possible refund.
