Changes to the Affiliate Program - Starting From 25-10-2025

To date, C-Servers has had a very successful affiliate programme. We have seen significant interest in promoting C-Servers as a brand dedicated to the hosting and private server sector, and we have paid out tens of dollars to various users who have promoted us – and we recognise that the Affiliate Programme is clearly an absolutely essential driver for the growth of C-Servers.

We are going to introduce significant improvements to the Programme

In recent months, we have been updating, improving and preparing our cost and revenue structure so that we can sustainably and appropriately introduce what we are finally in a position to introduce from 25 October 2025.

As a way of encouraging our Users to promote C-Servers as a benchmark brand in web hosting and private servers, we have prepared a set of changes to our Programme that will allow for a very, very significant improvement in the operating conditions of any User who wants to promote us as an Affiliate and, at the same time, invest - if they deem it necessary - in additional structures that allow for greater reach that mutually benefits both the Affiliate and our company.

We have sought to make the new version of the Affiliate Programme simple, straightforward, predictable - and above all very, very attractive, regardless of the reach that the Affiliate achieves, whether small or large. All the support that C-Servers can provide is extremely valuable, enabling us to grow more and more.

The changes to this Programme are as follows:

Significant reduction in the minimum amount for withdrawal/collection of earnings
C-Servers has reduced the minimum withdrawal amount from 20.00 USD to just 5.00 USD.

Yes, that's right: from 25 October 2025, only 5.00 USD will be required to request a withdrawal of Affiliate earnings from C-Servers, which represents a 75% reduction on the previous amount. This serves precisely to value all the contributions that affiliates can make to C-Servers and to allow all Affiliates, regardless of their reach, to truly benefit from an attractive programme.

It is important to mention that the applicable fees for Bank Transfer (even via Wise) or Cryptocurrency (at the network rate applicable to each currency) will always be deducted from the final amount requested to be transferred, with the Affiliate having the option to choose between one or the other and, within these, the one with the lowest transaction fee.

Whatever is requested from C-Servers, we will execute - within 7 days of the request.

Reduction of the minimum time for a purchase to count as effective earnings for the Affiliate
C-Servers has reduced the minimum time from 90 days to 75 days, effective 25-10-2025.

Increase in the percentage paid for a purchase at C-Servers
From 25-10-2025, the percentage that C-Servers will pay to the Affiliate will increase from 25% to 30%, this amount being paid on a one-time basis, i.e. for the first payment made for each product (subsequent monthly payments are not paid in this mode).

This is a 20% increase over the amount previously paid at C-Servers (25 x 1.2 = 30), meaning that for every 100 USD spent in this mode, the payment to the Affiliate has increased from 25 USD to 30 USD.

Lifetime Payments are now available at C-Servers for Affiliates
The biggest change: from 25-10-2025, C-Servers will introduce Lifetime Payments, starting with an 8% permanent commission on all products for Affiliates who wish to promote C-Servers in this mode.

This means that for every 100 USD per month spent using the Affiliate's link, 8 USD per month will be paid to the Affiliate, continuously and for the lifetime of that Customer, as long as they remain a C-Servers customer and renew their payments. In other words, it is possible to ensure permanent monthly earnings with C-Servers for the entire life of the Company, which allows the Affiliate to earn a nice extra income - or even secure a salary without any effort!

This mode can only be activated upon express request via ticket, and it is not possible to accumulate both modes (One-Time and Lifetime) in the same account or for the same Affiliate reference. If the Affiliate wants to apply both modes, they must create two different customer accounts and inform us via ticket that they have or will have two active customer accounts for this reason. The minimum purchase validation period always applies.

The changes are applied retroactively
All existing Affiliates will automatically benefit from the 30% payment percentage, replacing the 25%, for new transactions, without having to do anything; they will also automatically benefit from the minimum withdrawal amount of 5 USD, even if this amount has been accumulated from previous transactions.

The minimum validation time for new transactions (75 days) only applies to new transactions from 25-10-2025 onwards.

Finally, where transaction payments are no longer applicable
From this date onwards, the purchase of additional IPs will no longer count towards the Programme. All other purchases are applicable (Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Radio Hosting, etc.).
