Can I start/reset/shutdown/power-off the VPS from Client Area?

Yes. An industry-first on these integration modules for VirtFusion, C-Servers allows you to autonomously manage the Power Functions of your VPS at ease, without needing to login to VirtFusion's panel, our VirtPortal.

Are the buttons directly connected to the VPS?

They do intend to reflect accurately what you ordered to the VPS, and this is why any operation selected is executed in 20-40 seconds. A great practice to ensure a given operation was done correctly is to, for example, click on "Shutdown" or "Power Off" and then click on "VNC" to ensure the VPS effectively doesn't display anything. 

Or, if you have powered it on or restarted it, clicking on the "VNC" to ensure the VPS is effectively booting.

If you have doubts that an option has produced your desired effect, the best rule of thumb will be to confirm it through the VirtPortal and/or VNC.
