What is the name and address of your VirtFusion's Portal?

In order to avoid confusion with the existing users on a previous panel, C-Servers calls the new portal "VirtPortal".

This is a specific portal for VPS services that are provided under this new Control Panel. If you have a private IPv4 IP with connectivity (10.x.x.x) as well as an IPv6 (either /64 or /80), and both appear with online connectivity, you have a brand-new VPS with VirtFusion at C-Servers, an industry-first under our used billing system.

Where can I access it?

The correct VirtPortal is always available directly from your Client Area on the "Manage" section of your purchased VPS product, option "Portal":



This button clearly states that you have a VirtFusion-based VPS service with C-Servers. But you can always access it directly at virtportal.cfld.uk.

If I can't enter my own account (due to issues or this being my 1st access), how can I solve this issue?

Just reset your VirtPortal's account password through a one-time click in this button:

On-screen, you'll see your present e-mail associated and the new password, without needing any e-mail to be sent, which you must take notes on the Notepad or any physical piece of paper. The information is merely shown once on your screen.

Due to technical limitations, the Chinese version of the Management area still displays the messages in English. Other languages do not have this issue.

I'd still like to have my password sent via e-mail, how can I do it?

You'll be automatically redirected to the VirtPortal and asked to enter your e-mail, so you can safely recieve your password there.
