This error occurs because the SSH Bastion service (C-Servers Remote) is technically implemented by design to access from IPv4 and then allow the remote IPv6 address, which will be occupied for further access.
The solution, if you have IPv6, is to contact directly your VPS from your SSH client to its IPv6 address.
