Simply select the "Worldwide (English)" option on the language selector of the C-Servers WebStore, at the top of the page. After that, you can either read it in English or try to translate it to your native language.
C-Servers strives to have all Knowledge Base articles translated in your native language - however, especially on very recent services or very recent changes to the Knowledge Base, articles may track slightly behind the English or the Portuguese (Brazil) languages. After all, we have to translate to 7 languages, and that does take some time.
Bear also in mind changing to the Worldwide (English) option can be a relevant tool when your native language has a translation of less quality or some regional terms you may not know.
Should a local translation need some adjustment, you can send us a ticket proposing changes. This is treated as a Level 3 request.
Discontinued languages and the Russian/Ukranian cyrillic technical issue
Kindly note that since September 25th, 2024, we had to unfortunately discontinue 5 languages (NL, RU, UA, IT, and PL).
For NL, IT and PL, this occurred due to low demand.
Specific for the Russian and Ukranian languages, the issue was quite different: we had to discontinue them due to a unforeseen potential technical incompatibility with cyrillic processing (after a payment) brought the entire website down in an unrecoverable way. For those customers, support will still be provided in their native language.
