NETWORK STATUS - Times in WET
Most of the services are operating correctly.
12h53 - C-Servers sent an e-mail to 16 users regarding their previous SolusVM disks, representing a change of approach to delivery of the existing data for primarily technical and security reasons, after thorough analysis and ponderation over the last hours on what to do, considering technical specifics, and how to operate the delivery (considering we're talking of up to 2TB each, per disk). For further details, check your e-mail, sent from the original SMTP provider.
Regarding SMTP providers, we are at present operating to solve the SMTP delivery issue by bringing a new bulk e-mail provider to the house, which will operate regular SMTP services (as of present this is being held with Microsoft Azure Communication Services).
00h23 - Storage Disk restores to the JumboDisk VPS Services in New Jersey, which should have already happenned, are experiencing a delay due to the SMTP issue, more global and far-reaching, taking over in priority. We expect to resume a normal status for most or all of the secondary disks in up to 6/12h. If your VPS is turned off for a short time during this period, it will be normal, and will be necessary for the system to assume correctly the new disks. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
28/01, 23h10 - Issue sorted out on deliveries; Mailjet is also used no more by C-Servers, we're proceeding temporarily with the fallback to the original SMTP e-mail provider, but we will still have to change this to something more specific... we're still looking at the topic.
28/01, 18h19 - Technical fault on Mailjet, which is queuing and delaying e-mails for an unprovided reason since 16h43, GMT/WET. This only affects 19 VirtFusion e-mails and 6 customers. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
