As of June 1st, 2025, all compensations were provided successfully for all users, originally at Delta1, that had purchased plans on or before April 1st 2025. This issue is now closed successfully.
A complaint period still applies until June 3rd, 2025, for any customer that had a given plan and states, with proof of evidence, that C-Servers, for some reason (e.g. technical error) did not extend their service by 30 days.
After June 3rd, no further complaints will be allowed for this topic, which is now complete.
