Regional Payment Methods
- C-Servers offers a variety of locally-relevant regional payment methods, which may be more convenient to you. These payment methods incur an additional cost to C-Servers and, as such, they have additional fees. Also, due to these gateways being provided by a third-party, refunds are not supported for payments executed over these methods, and due to trackability of any given payment, cannot be executed to a different payment medium when done this way.
Therefore, ensure your payments are done through the main payment gateways if you wish to ensure that your payment can be refunded.

Settlement currency on Stripe (since May 21st, 2025)
Following multiple customer requests to allow for Alipay on our website, through mobile and desktop, we've attempted to provide this service through a third-party payment processor (which was not Stripe). Unfortunately, such a payment gateway did not provide us the access in a reasonable timeframe.
While investigating why some customers were complaining of not being able to pay through Stripe, we've found that Alipay, through Stripe, currently supports settlements in only two currencies: either GBP or CNY. And many Chinese customers were not having pricing appear in any of these two currencies upon payment... but USD - this was the reason why Alipay wasn't appearing as a payment gateway for them.
In order to settle adequately and allow for all payment options to appear as expected, and since CNY is not supported on our billing platform as an option, we are executing all payment settlements through Stripe in GBP, so that all possible options, including Alipay and regardless of the platform, effectively appear as expected.
Bear in mind that, if you wish to use Alipay, you must use the manual payments option, which in our platform is called "one-time payment". Otherwise, Alipay won't appear as an option for you.
This change does not incur any additional costs to international cards - in fact, letting the card issuer execute the conversion, and not Stripe, will be substantially better for you, as our customer.
