What are the supported payment methods?

Our supported payment methods are the following:

• Stripe: Desktop and Mobile support Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay and Alipay. Mobile-only supports: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link, Revolut Pay. Direct-to-bank payments at Stripe are also supported in Europe, with Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), Giropay (Germany), iDeal (Netherlands), Przelewy24 (Poland) and Twint (Switzerland).
• Payeer: Several cryptocurrencies (direct: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, BNB, DAI, DOT, SAND, MANA, GALA, UNI, GRT; via external wallet, BCH, DASH, XRP and DOGE; via Payeer client account, +42 cryptocurrencies including NEXO). This payment gateway also supports paying directly via card in 9 currencies as a P2P transaction (via Volet/Advcash), PerfectMoney, and paying from exchangers via card (EUR/USD/RUB), PrivatBank and KaspiBank. 

Regional Payment Methods Supported

As of July 30th, 2024, these are the following:

Brazil
Pix: instant transfers in Brazil from a bank account. 
Boleto Bancário: payments done at any bank, supermarket or local shop in Brazil with cash or local card.
Banco do Brasil: direct debit to bank accounts in Brazil, from the main governmental bank in Brazil and the 3rd largest.

Argentina
PagoFácil:payments done at any local shop in Argentina, with cash or local card.

Mexico
OXXO: payments done at any local shop in Mexico, with cash or card.

Portugal
Multibanco: payments done at any bank account or local shop in Portugal, with cash or local card.

These regional payment methods do incur additional processing fees - 2% (Pix, Boleto, Banco do Brasil, PagoFácil, OXXO), 5% (Neosurf), and 15% (Multibanco). We do not profit from those fees - we only partially charge the full fees requested to C-Servers, covering between 40-50% of the full fees we pay, so that our customers can still benefit from a great product at a competitive price with the payment method they are most comfortable with. 

Discontinued/changed payment methods at C-Servers

• Cryptomus used to be supported but was removed as of July 19th, 2024, due to a technical incompatibility with WiseCP.
• WebMoney used to be supported but, due to the gateway showing too many technical faults, it was removed as of August 19th, 2024. For the same reason, CoinPayments used to be supported but was removed as of September 25th, 2024, due to a significant internal number of errors produced on the platform upon each customer's payment and a high failure rate (~25%).
• PayPal used to be supported but was removed as of September 16th, 2024, due to a mixture of high fees and several Chinese customers wrongly using PayPal disputes, creating them without requesting a refund first, allowing the necessary T&C timeframe for refunds, or even asking our support beforehand.
• PerfectMoney used to be directly supported. As of September 25th, 2024, and due to the very high failure rate of the automatic payment gateway (~50%), it's now supported automatically via Payeer, and manually via ticket request.
