Why can't I see my ticket text on the support section?

There is a confirmed technical fault as of 11-11-2025 at least on Microsoft Edge 141 (Chromium), 64 bits, on Windows, Linux and Android. Scripting is apparently partly broken on Edge since their last update, which causes this issue.

If you are using Microsoft Edge, we suggest you use, temporarily, other Chromium-based browser (like Chrome) or Mozilla Firefox, until this issue is sorted out.
