This is a known bug to the SolusVM plugin for our Client Area, which only supports IPv4 IPs on that specific setting.
In order to find your IP, either access our Portal (portal.cfld.uk) or, from the VNC access at the Client Area, do the following command:
ip -6 addr
If you don't have a password for the Portal, insert your e-mail and then select "Forgot my password" on the page. A password will be e-mailed to you. If you recieve an error on that service, allow for up to 1/2 hours and then try again.
If you still don't get a password, please send us a ticket and we'll generate one for you.
This bug is being taken care of and sorted out soon.
