I access via a VPN, but it's not possible to purchase your service. What can I do?

If you absolutely need to access via a VPN, due to restrictions to your local Internet, but you still want to purchase one of our services (which currently may sometimes be not possible due to Google captcha), it's possible, with some details.

You can create an account at our Store and send us a ticket, requesting us to create an invoice for your required service manually.

The request is accepted with the following notes:

- only customers from countries where their original IP has access/firewalled restrictions will apply: China, the applicable countries on the Middle East, North Korea, Venezuela, etc.

- a 50% surcharge (max 2 USD) of the order will be applicable as a one-time setup fee, due to manual handling of the request.

- due to the added risk, the 60-Day Money-Back Warranty is not applicable to these special purchases. FUP and T&Cs are still applicable at the same extension and tolerances given to all other customers, of course. The same level of service is given as well.

- manual provisioning is a Level 2 request, 24-48h Mon-Sat.

- Full, real details must be fulfilled in the form. Exceptions to that rule may apply in a case-by-case basis, with proof of evidence. For more details, check our T&Cs.

- Minimum payment is quarterly, regardless of the purchased service. If a customer has two or more services, the following invoices can be issued as monthly payments.

- Payments exclusively via PayPal or cryptocurrency, as Stripe and bank transfer have relevant limitations.

C-Servers reserves the right to deny any purchasing, at our sole discretion, according to our internal risk management policies.
