(MultiVPS) My VNC on the Client Area is blank. What can I do?

If your VNC access appears as blank, please ensure the following:

  1. Browser Compatibility

Ensure you're using any Chromium-based engine on your browser - our service was tested on Opera, Edge and Chrome to be fully working. Other browsers may work, but it's not guaranteed.

2. Internet Speed

A stable speed of at least 3 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload is required to access VNC.

3. VPS Exists

Check if you have statistics on your side, regarding your VPS, on the details of your VPS over the Client Area. If you don't have, follow step 4.

4. Temporary Fault of Client Area

You can retry access to the VNC window, refreshing your page for a 2nd try, via F5 or the browser. For reasons outside of C-Servers' responsibility, pertaining to Internet routes from several operators, the VPS access might occasionally fail, especially if left unused for more than 1/2 minutes, but not only. If the access still fails, try step 5.

5. Try our Portal

Over our Portal (portal.cfld.uk), your VNC access is not routed from the Client Area to the VNC, but rather served directly from the server itself. This means it's a more reliable access. If you don't have credentials for the Portal, or forgotten yours, you can request a new password directly from there. Should requesting a password fail, try after 1/2 hours. If it still fails, please send us a ticket.
