By design, SolusVM doesn't send the password for the Portal login, despite having e-mail configured from C-Servers on our end.
The way to go around this known bug is to enter your e-mail (needs to be the exact same of the account) and then choosing the option "Forgot my password" for a new password to be sent to you.
If a password wasn't sent or an error appeared, please wait 1/2 hours before trying again. If the error reappears after that time, please send us a ticket and we'll generate one for you.
