Can I have a trial before purchasing your VPS?

It is possible to have a trial for the VPS before purchasing the services, subject to the following specifications:

- The trial lasts for 4 days (96h).
- Only one trial is possible per dedicated server, with a maximum of one request, per customer, per every 6 months (this last rule can be waived for new server deployments).
- The trial is applied for the desired plan, which can be any VPS plan available at the WebStore.
- You choose when the trial starts.

Requests for a trial are only submitted via ticket. Therefore, you will need to create an account with us beforehand if you wish to have a trial (which is allowed).

For security reasons, all customer accounts that request a trial must be correctly and fully identified - opposite to VPS purchases, in order to avoid abuse, anonymous free trials are not possible. If we have doubts with the provided information for your account, we may request you on the support ticket to correct some details (e.g. name, location, or others) in order to proceed with the request.

A general quota applies for trials conceded at C-Servers - a maximum of 2% of the entire VPS pool of servers can have active trials at any given moment. C-Servers also reserves the right to eventually refuse to provide a trial, at its sole discretion and without any justification provided.
