Can I get a discount?

Sure. Please check our web page (c-servers.co.uk) first, to see if there's any coupons currently available.

You can also check in forums where C-Servers advertises to verify if a coupon exists or, in fact, even request us one, first creating an account with us with the desired service and specifying payment via bank transfer, then sending us a ticket with a proposal.

Your proposal must meet the following criteria:

• payments of 6 months or more
• proposed discount can't be below 10%
• this offer is not subject at any time to the 60-Day Full-Refund warranty in the first payment period (subsequent renewals can be, subject to FUP and T&Cs).

C-Servers will answer you in 24-48h (Monday to Saturday) either accepting, counter-proposing or refusing the offer. If we accept the offer, you have 48 hours to pay - after this, if payment hasn't gone through, the bought-for service disappears from your panel and your offer is refused.

At all times, all plans are stackable, even the ones with coupons - if you wish to stack, please send us a ticket requesting us to do so, and we'll proceed accordingly in 24-48h, Monday to Saturday. There is a cost to stacking - any payments already done can't be considered (due to generating a new plan in our billing system) and you'll need to pay again for the chosen period.

Since this is a customer's deliberate action, this also doesn't qualify for any Full-Refund warranty in the first payment period (subsequent renewals can be, subject to FUP and T&Cs).

For VPS/VDS and business reseller hosting offers from C-Servers, it's possible to request a special package and, accordingly, a tailored-for price and correspondent discount. In order to address your request, please send us a ticket and we'll address your proposal. As an exception, a quarterly payment can be accepted exclusively in those offers.

Bear in mind those won't qualify as well to the 60-Day Full Refund warranty, since it's considered a deliberate action from a customer wishing to secure a special deal and stick with C-Servers' service for the entirety of the bought time period.
