Can your monthly pricing go down with higher periods?
Yes, higher purchased periods bring down the price substantially. You'll be able to see it after clicking on "Add to Cart". On the "Service Period Selection", you'll see the final price with discounts. Higher tiers (and service periods) always have a higher discount. If you have a one-off coupon, you'll be able to insert the coupon in the next step.
Why are your VPSes so inexpensive?
C-Servers is an IPv6-first company, and as such, we don't spend large amounts like our competitors on full IPv4 IPs - we prefer to offer NAT IPv4 access to retain that connectivity. We also have our servers substantially optimized, with the latest technologies, and strongly believe these services should be available for everyone.
After purchasing, how can I access my VPS?
You'll have a main area - MultiVPS Portal, at portal.cfld.uk, where you'll be able to manage it.
OS Reinstalls, Applications, VNC, CPU and Disk load, network info and some other configurations are available. This area is also available at My Services » MultiVPS Portal. Login with the same username and password of your Client Area - and if it says "wrong password", recover your password directly at the MultiVPS Portal. Enjoy!
What does my Client Area include?
Your Client Area shows you the VPS details and allows you to upgrade or downgrade your VPS, at will. You're also able to see your IP, username and password, to login into SSH. On My Services » MultiVPS Portal, you can interactively manage your VPS directly at the Panel and benefit from a great experience.
What payment methods are supported?
We currently support Stripe Checkout (which includes support for credit/debit cards, AliPay (mobile), Link, Revolut Pay), payments via Payeer (crypto, P2P card payments, direct account-to-account payments), and bank transfers via SEPA or ACH (send us a ticket requesting them).
Are crypto payments supported?
Yes, you can pay us in over 45 different cryptocurrencies via Payeer.
What is the range of supported operating systems?
We support all of the main Linux operating systems (Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, Red Hat, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, among others) and other specific Linux OS (like Tencent OpenCloudOS). Windows Server is also supported, on the most recent versions (you must provide your own license).
